§ Mr. BoothI understand that the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service has had a number of meetings with the parties to this dispute. At a joint meeting on 17th April with both sides no agreement was reached. Since then the ACAS has kept in touch with the situation but, so far, there has been no change in the attitude of either side.
