§ Mr. Merlyn ReesOver the 12 months to the end of April this year, seven prisoners have been transferred from prisons in Great Britain to Northern Ireland to serve the remainder of their sentences. Four were convicted of causing an explosion and conspiracy to cause explosions, one was convicted of robbery and conspiracy to rob, one was convicted of fraud, and one was convicted of possession of explosive substances.
