§ Mr. BishopNo. However, the recent White Paper, "Food from our own Resources" made clear that, in considering the contribution which United Kingdom agriculture can make to our domestic economy the Government have been mindful of the world food situation and the interests of the developing countries. In framing their agricultural policies in the light of the conclusions in the White Paper the Government will continue to take these considerations into account.
