§ Mrs. HartI have told the voluntary agencies of my intention to match pound for pound their development projects, which may range in cost from £3,000 to £50,000. They welcome this new step, which is essentially concerned with the experimental and prototype work they are so well qualified to undertake in development, as distinct from their relief operations.
