§ Mr. Mawbyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) whether, in the light of the ruling in the High Court on 20W the 5th May 1975, he will suspend the operation of the Water Authorities (Collection of Charges) Order 1975 (S.I., 1975, No. 396);
(2) if he will circulate advice to rating authorities following the ruling in the High Court on 5th May 1975 by Mr. Justice Phillips on sewerage charges made on unconnected properties.
