§ Mr. William RossI refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave him on 15th January.—[Vol. 884, c. 114.]—I understand that land acquisition difficulties have caused some delay. After 16th May 1975 Tayside Region will be the highway authority responsible for preparing the scheme and determining when it might start.
