§ Mr. EnnalsExploratory talks at official level between Her Majesty's Government and Guatemala on the Belize-Guatemala dispute were resumed in New York in February, followed by a further round in New Orleans in April. A wide range of proposals for settlement of the dispute were examined and it was agreed to maintain contact.
