§ Mr. EnnalsThe EEC was represented at the last United Nations Conference on Trade and Development on the same basis as other intergovernmental organisations designated under Rule 80 of the UNCTAD rules of procedure for the purpose of participation in the deliberations. The member States of the EEC participated individually on a national basis. There is no reason to believe that the arrangements for UNCTAD IV in May 1976 will be different.
