§ Mr. Joel BarnettMy right hon. Friend received a useful and detailed memorandum from the Retail Consortium on 24th February 1975. He is, of course, sent representations from many bodies at that time of year and they are all borne in mind when he is framing his Budget. A formal acknowledgment was sent to the Retail Consortium, as is the custom with all Budget representations.
