§ Dr. OwenA current estimate of the initial capital cost of a mobile unit is £35,000. Revenue costs for individual units are not available, but the total revenue expenditure, excluding the costs of medical staff, in England in the year ended 31st March 1974 on mass radiography provided from 43 mobile units and 36 static units was £827,509.
