§ Mr. John SilkinI have received the report, which will be published tomorrow. Copies have been placed in the Library of the House. I shall be circulating copies to those who seem likely to be interested, and I shall be discussing it, in particular, with the New Towns Association, the appropriate local authority associations and staff representatives.
