§ Mr. Alfred MorrisWe have undertaken that we will review all benefits as frequently as is necessary in present circumstances. As regards the long-term benefits which are paid to disabled people, we are committed to increasing them in line with the movement in average earnings.

Member will appreciate, our prime task in new provision for disabled people at present is to ensure that the non-contributory invalidity pension, the invalid care allowance and the mobility allowance are successfully launched. I shall, however, bear this and other suggestions in mind.
