§ Mr. Merlyn ReesI have decided that the first meeting of the Northern Ireland Constitutional Convention will be at 12.30 p.m. on Thursday, 8th May in the Assembly Chamber in Stormont, and have made an order under the Northern Ireland Act 1974 accordingly. Subsequently it will be for the Constitutional Convention itself to decide the times and places of its meetings. I have given directions for regulating the initial procedure of the Constitutional Convention. These will apply until such time as the Constitutional Convention makes its own rules and procedures.
