asked the Prime Minister if, when he goes to Commonwealth Prime Ministers conferences outside the United Kingdom, he will fly in Concorde.

My right hon. Friend would certainly welcome an appropriate opportunity to fly in Concorde, but, at the time of his journey to Kingston, the British-assembled Concordes were fully committed to urgent development tasks.
