§ Mr. Alexander W. LyonNo. The Law Commission has considered and is considering various aspects of family law. The operation of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 is currently under review and the Children Bill now before the House includes substantial changes in the law relating to the adoption, custody and general protection of children.
