§ Mr. Liptonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, following the public inquiry on 11th July 1974, he will now announce his decision on the Heath Road compulsory purchase order submitted by the London borough of Lambeth.
§ Mr. FreesonThe London borough of Lambeth has made two compulsory purchase orders in the Heath Road area, on one of which further information has been sought from the authority. When this is available my right hon. Friend hopes to issue an early decision.
