§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will arrange to publish as a White Paper any submission or report by the United Kingdom to the United Nations Commission on Trans-national Corporations.
§ Mr. Meacher,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 21st April 1975; Vol. 890, c. 205], gave the following information:
Publication as a White Paper of working papers tabled by the United Kingdom would not be appropriate. I will arrange for a copy of the commission's 223W report and of any formal submissions by the United Kingdom on major issues to be placed in the Library.
