Walker-Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what reply he has sent to the letter addressed to his Department on 10th April by the Association of Broxbourne Council Mortgagees expressing disappointment at the lack of urgency displayed in dealing with the problem of the high interest rates obtaining for local authority mortgagees.
