§ Mr. William RodgersThe Type 42 guided missile destroyers now being built by Swan Hunter Shipbuilders Ltd. are not affected by the defence review or by the cut of £110 million in the defence budget for 1976–77 announced by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 15th April 1975.
