My right hon. Friend has today made a statement to the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting at Kingston, in which he put forward specific proposals on the form of a possible general agreement on commodities, containing general commitments and specific proposals for action. As soon as the text of my right hon. Friend's statement is available copies will be placed in the Library of the House, and his statement, together with supporting documents presented to the conference, will be included in a White Paper to be presented to the House next week.
