§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Minister of Agriculturies, Fisheries and Food if, in view of the EEC wine surplus, he will seek to make arrangements for the provision of wine tokens for retirement pensioners and other groups benefiting from the tokens system.
§ Mr. Strang:No. This would be complicated and expensive to arrange and would not have commensurate benefits either in relieving the EEC wine surplus or in contributing to the welfare of retirement pensioners.
