§ Mr. StrangMy Department's veterinary responsibilities for the port of Dover are discharged by the divisional veterinary officer at Maidstone and his professional and technical staff. One veterinary officer has however been permanently out-stationed at Dover since 1969 and within the past 12 months a further post there has been authorised.
