§ Mr. Orme:B. and J. Jupiter Cruisers was registered under the Companies Act (Northern Ireland) 1960 on 5th September 1974. No public money in the form of equity or loan finance was invested in the company. Neither LEDU nor NIFC gave financial assistance to the company.
