§ Mr. Crosland:A full reply on the Royal Commission's recommendations was sent to the chairman a few days ago. The full text is included in a paper which will be published tomorrow, summarising the Government response to all four of the commission's reports to date. Copies 98W of this publication have been placed in the Library.
