§ Mr. Merlyn Rees:Between November 1972 and the end of February 1975 the 99W costs of Commissioners' hearings including legal fees for the defence and for counsel and solicitors engaged on behalf of the Commissioners and the Detention Appeal Tribunal, but excluding the costs of buildings which will retain utility for other purposes, were approximately £500,000.
