HC Deb 24 March 1975 vol 889 c1W
Mr. George Gardiner

asked the Prime Minister if he will now publish the list of Ministers dissenting from the Cabinet's recommendation on EEC membership, together with details of the procedure whereby Members of Parliament may obtain departmental information on the Government's EEC policy from those Departments whose senior Ministers are opposed to that policy.

The Prime Minister:

I have nothing to add to the reply which I gave to my hon. and learned Friend the Member for Bradford, West (Mr. Lyons) on 20th March.

On procedure, hon. Members should continue to seek information in the usual way. Internal arrangements will be made to ensure that where this information is not of a strictly factual nature it conforms to the policy of Her Majesty's Government.
