Mr. Cockroftasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what fall in milk yield he expects will follow from the fact that in the last quarter of 1974 total artificial inseminations of dairy cows by the Milk Marketing Board were down by 46,000, 14.9 per cent., on the same period of 1973.
§ Mr. Bishop:Yields depend on a combination of factors and it is not possible to isolate the effects of changes in the level of artificial inseminations.
