§ Mr. John Fraser:Unemployment among building trade craftsmen both in Greater London and elsewhere is a matter for concern, and is one of many factors which will, no doubt, be taken into account by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer in his Budget deliberations. Questions about the expansion of local authorities' direct labour departments are for my right hon.
