§ Mr. Peart:When appointments to public bodies and committees are being considered my aim is to select persons best fitted for the job in question. One aid to this is to take note of people with appropriate qualifications and experience, and it is always useful to receive information about possible candidates. Since the records are continually being updated there is no settled total at any one time.
