§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will take steps to ensure that the forms for the next population census are available bilingually, without the recipient having to make a specific request for a Welsh version of the form.
§ Mrs. CastleBilingual forms are likely to be cumbersome and they would add significantly to the cost, but they are being considered. If they are not adopted, both Welsh and English versions will be available automatically throughout Wales.
