§ Mr. Canavanasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will pay an official visit to Stirlingshire to investigate the employment situation there at first hand.
§ Mr. Foot:I have no immediate plans to do so. However, I recently accompanied the Prime Minister on his visit to Glasgow, where we discussed the general employment situation in Scotland with the Scottish TUC.
