§ Mr. Alec Jones:Decisions on appeals to the National Insurance Commissioner are notified direct to the appellant by the commissioner. The commissioner is the highest of the independent national insurance adjudicating authorities and wholly determines the timing of his decisions. But I shall, of course, write to the hon. and learned Member, as I have undertaken to do, once the commissioner's decision has been given in this case.
