§ Mr. Moyle:Local advice centres have been operating in Northern Ireland for many years with part-time and voluntary professional assistance. I have now taken the views of interested parties about the best means of augmenting legal services in Northern Ireland and am considering whether it would be possible to establish, for an experimental two-year period, a professionally-staffed central office in Belfast to give advice and assist- 196W ance to persons referred to it from the various local advice centres.
