§ Mr. Michael Morrisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when the first report of the Campbell Committee, which has been submitted to the Minister, will be made available to Members.
§ Mr. Freeson:I have asked the working party to obtain observations on its report from various organisations. These will form the basis of an annex to the report, on which I shall consult further and then make a statement about publication of the report and about the action which I propose to take on the recommendations.
