§ Mr. MeacherWe fully accept the desirability of evening out the investment cycle. A company's investment strategy will be one of the questions to be discussed in the context of planning agreements. We think it would not be practicable to build advance plants in the way that we build advance factories since chemical and other process plant must be built to the user's specification.
