§ Mr. William RossThe Scottish Economic Planning Department and the Scottish Development Department have a joint interest in this review, which is being conducted by the Under-Secretary of State for the Department of the Environment. Each receives copies of all papers and is represented by an observer on the working party undertaking the review.
