§ Mr. MoyleIn December 1974 the Commission of the European Communities approved an application for assistance530W from the European Social Fund submitted in respect of services discharged by the Department of Manpower Services in Northern Ireland. An allocation of £130,000 was made for operations in 1974 to assist the rehabilitation and vocational training of handicapped persons with a view to absorbing them into normal employment.
