§ Mr. DeakinsFollowing my right hon. Friend's recent visit to Teheran a senior official of the British Overseas Trade Board is going there to undertake preliminary studies of this and other aspects of our export promotion effort in Iran. The British Overseas Trade Board would need to be satisfied that a trade centre was the most effective means of promoting exports in this market.
