§ Mr. Harold WalkerAt the last annual count in April 1974, 2,397 people in the area were registered as disabled. Of these, 299 were known to be unemployed in February this year. Most of the remainder were in employment but it is not possible to give a precise figure. When last reviewed 164 local employers were not employing their quota of registered disabled people.
