§ The Attorney-GeneralThe pace of legal proceedings is primarily a matter for the parties. However, court procedures in personal injuries cases have been carefully considered with a view to eliminating unnecessary procedural delays. If my hon. Friend has any suggestions in this regard I am sure that my noble Friend will consider them. The Royal Commission is, of course, considering questions of civil liability and compensation for personal injuries generally.
