the school population of England and Wales in October 1974 suggest that about 65,000 pupils were receiving free school meals under the family income supplement "passport" arrangements. This figure does not include pupils receiving free meals under supplementary benefit arrangements; the total for the two categories was given in answer to a Question by my hon.
