HC Deb 30 June 1975 vol 894 cc347-8W
Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many dwellings and how many other properties have been acquired to date by, or on behalf of, the Welsh Office in connection with the Caernarvon inner relief road; and in how many of these dwellings there are residents still occupying them.

Mr. John Morris

64 properties, including 53 dwellings, have been acquired; two are still occupied.

Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take steps to reduce the eyesore and despoliation caused in Caernarvon by preparatory work for the inner relief road, which has now been postponed.

Mr. John Morris

I am considering this.
