§ Mr. John GrantFollowing recent talks between my officials, Brazilian officials and our respective embassies, our aid programme is being reviewed with the aim of concentrating our resources where they can be most usefully deployed in furthering the Brazilian National Development Plan for 1975–79, bearing in mind our own strategy of increasingly directing our aid to the poorest people.
