§ Mr. ConcannonThe charge in Northern Ireland for water supplies through meter is 14p per 1,000 gallons. I understand that the comparable average charge in England and Wales is 40p. The charge in Northern Ireland will have to go up, though it will not be possible to close the gap in one step.
