§ Mr. Harold WalkerI have been informed by the Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that for the twelve month period ending 30th April 1975 the number of prosecutions for breaches of the Factories Act 1961 and associated regulations in factories in the areas of Merseyside, Kirkby and Ormskirk were as follows. No maximum fines were imposed.
