§ Mr. Clinton DavisI cannot at present give a date because the liquidator is seeking a ruling from the court upon the bases to be used in determining the rights of participation for the various classes of policyholders. It would not be appropriate for me to intervene but I understand that the liquidator is doing all he can to expedite the hearing and, subject to the views of the court, to effect a distribution as soon as possible thereafter.
