§ Mr. Newensasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will publish in the Official Report the terms on which land occupied by Her Majesty's Armed Forces at Lyemun Fort, Shonson Hill, Chatham Road, Sai Kung Camp, Shamshuipo Barracks and Argyle Street, Hong Kong, is to be handed back to the Hong Kong Government; and if he will indicate the use to which this land and its installations are to be put.
