§ 22. Mr. Dan Jonesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth 139W Affairs if he will report on the work of the Hong Kong Medical and Health Department's new division to develop and co-ordinate programmes for the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts.
§ Mr. RowlandsThe Narcotics and Drug Administration Division in the Hong Kong Medical and Health Department has now been in existence for some six months. It administers four outpatient methadone clinics and the Methadone Treatment Pilot Scheme and it has regular contact with other drug addiction treatment agencies in Hong Kong.
