§ Mr. John MorrisI have announced my decision to defer starts on all road schemes costing more than £1 million, except for the M4 Motorway and the Britannia Bridge. The Caernarvon Inner Relief Road is one of many such schemes affected. I shall keep the position under continuous review in the light of the resources available.
