Friend the Member for Brecon and Radnor (Mr. Roderick) on 21st November 1974—[Vol. 881. c.475.] 122W —when he said that the recommendation of the Crawford Committee relative to the establishment of a Welsh language television channel was to be remitted to a working party. The report of this working party is expected shortly. We hope to make a statement as soon as there has been an opportunity to study the working party's findings.
